Regular practice of Yoga has a positive effect on mind and body, on all physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of a person. It also provides an immediate sense of well being. It just feels better when the body moves smoothly and freely instead of tense and stiff, which is ho wit was originally intented.
I am an advanced yoga teacher and yoga therapist. I have followed my yoga education in India and I also attended classes at the yoga Vedanta Center and followed power yoga teachers training course. In addition, I have gained a lot of learning and inspiration during yoga workshops on Ibiza, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. Yoga gives me a lot and enriches my life.
